	* src/compiler_options.h, compiler_options.c, compiler_options_cbs.c
	  compiler_options_gui.c:
	  Added a new entry for linker flags and renamed c_options to c_flags
	  and l_options to l_libs. Also, added a new function:
	  compiler_options_set_prjlflags_in_file();

	* src/source.c: projects/src/Makefile.am now have LDFLAGS set.
