Fix for Bellot card deck
As you can see here I had this glitch with the 10
indices of the Bellot
deck.
I did some rework on the Bellot
deck but later made a deck which I think is a further improvement for Bellot.
It is based on the deck "Ancient French" by Tony 52, aka linux 1306 which is a modified version of "SVG-cards 2.0.1" by David Bellot.
"Ancient French" by Tony 52 / linux1306 can be found here: https://github.com/linux1306/aisleriot-card-decks https://store.kde.org/p/1262683 http://vectorcarddecks.altervista.org/
I further modified this deck, reverted some changes by Tony 52 I didn't like, replaced the nonfree font, redrew and rearranged the pips.
The font now used for the index glyphs is Berenis ADF Pro (converted to paths).
(Font license: GNU GPL 2.0 + font exception.)
Alternative names: Cartes Français or Paris.
I found out that the joker used in the Bellot card deck was the standard joker of the Ducale playing card brand until some years ago. Ducale and their joker design exists since 1945. This would be much too young to safely assume it's out of copyright. Moreover the joker design might still be in use today so there might be an unregistered trademark in place.

The design has been copied by a lot of printers and the Bellot card deck has been around since 2004 without anyone complaining but I made a new joker for this one.
