Improve contrast for dark variant
Hello everyone, hope you are fine. I'll keep my explanations simple, feel free to ask questions if not clear.
Use cases
I think that the folders look too similar to "unknown" files. When browsing rapidly this slows down my workflow when there are hundreds of files and folders. Example:
Desired behaviour
Improve the folders' icons so users can easily differentiate visually. Silly example:

Is it worth it?
I read Carlos Soriano's comment saying "I'm leaning to close this, most likely we shouldn't introduce more complexity in features that doesn't go with anything else that it's already there."
Well, I think that I am not suggesting to add a new feature here but rather improve the already-existing visuals. Of course the amazing GNOME developers have the final word and I am open to discussion in the comments
BONUS: Improve text files' icons
Kindly look at my first screenshot. I also think that text files look too similar to unknown files.
