Detach plugin tabs without any reason

Submitted by Vincent Untz @vuntz

Link to original bug (#574102)

Description

(smoketesting 2.25.92)

Open the pref dialog. First tab, plugins. See that there's a view column (and wonder what it means). Click on one of the view cell and see that you can edit it. Click outside of it without editing it. See that the plugin tab moved in a new window without any reason.

Btw, it's weird that you can edit the view column. I'd just remove it or make it a combo, but right now, it's just confusing that you can put some random stuff there.
