Add button grays out
Add
button in user interface for adding Cisco Compatible VPN (vpnc)
does not re-enable/unlock second time. When the form has filled all required fields for the first time, the button unlocks, but doing some actions can lock it back permanently. Such actions can be erasing and filling back one of the required fields, clicking on password option, clicking Advanced...
and going back to the view.

Additional notes:
- Similar bug has been reported, but despite of one of the comments claiming it's fixed - it's not (root cause can be different)
- This seems to be known bug for a longer while: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1411327/gnome-vpn-connecttion-add-button-greyed/1421621#1421621 https://askubuntu.com/questions/1403896/cant-add-cisco-compatible-vpn-vpnc-on-network-manager-ubuntu-22-04/1404609#1404609
- VPN can be effectively added by filling the required fields (gateway, user etc.) last, so the button doesn't have a chance to turn off
- This worked fine when I first tried on Fedora 35 (GNOME 40 if I remember well), so the bug must have been introduced later
- I specifically use Forti VPN and needed following steps in GUI to configure it properly: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1248538/how-to-install-and-set-up-forticlient-ipsec-vpn-in-ubuntu-20-04/1370863#1370863
