This change adds the following set of changes:

- From pppd >= 2.5.0, configure.ac can use version as determined by pkg-config
- Adding a nm-pptp-pppd-compat.h to account for differences between
  2.4.x and 2.5 series
- Moving nm-ppp-status.h to nm-pptp-pppd-status.h (consistence in naming)
