We still allow the use of --ns-cert-type despite also supporting --remote-cert-tls
When starting a new OpenVPN instance, openvpn reports the following:
WARNING: --ns-cert-type is DEPRECATED. Use --remote-cert-tls instead.
But, Changelog from 2008-05-22 says it should not be used anymore:
Patch from Casey Harkins caseyharkins@gmail.com
- src/nm-openvpn-service.c
- (nm_openvpn_start_openvpn_binary): don't send --ns-cert-type, it's not really supposed to be used anymore since that option isn't used any more when creating server certificates

Yet the option is still there on shared/utils.h:53, src/nm-openvpn-service.c:1706, shared/nm-service-defines.h:53,114-116, nm-openvpn-dialog.ui:1888. According to the depreciation wiki it will be removed in 2.5. There would be no downside removing this now, since we support --remote-cert-tls which should be preferred anyways and has been available for a good while.
