fix issue with tls-auth settings dropped

Nicolai Syvertsen requested to merge saivert1/NetworkManager-openvpn:fix_tls_auth_file_chooser into main

this is because the port to GTK4 left out some things, mainly calling gtk_file_chooser_set_file on init.
