Add openconnect_set_external_browser_callback for auth-dialog
requested to merge Binary-Eater/NetworkManager-openconnect:feature/openconnect_external_browser_callback into main
Use Gtk API for handling the login URI. This hands off the work to GIO and GVfs rather than xdg-open.
