Show primary password dialog by default

Tadej Borovšak requested to merge tadeboro/NetworkManager-fortisslvpn:hidden-password-entry-fix into master

VPN password dialog from libnma does not show primary password and its associated label anymore by default, which makes it impossible to enter password when prompted.

This commit ensures that primary password entry and associated label are visible when presented to the user.
