Consistent user images across GNOME

It would be good to ensure that user images are presented in a consistent way across GNOME. This primarily concerns the shape of the image, which should be round. However, image borders are also a factor, as well as what to use as a fallback image if one isn't provided.

Design guidelines

  • Images should be round
  • Borders?
  • Fallback image?
