Update Help icons as SVG

Description

All GNOME applications have help pages but not all of them contain updated SVG icons.

Goals

Make help page icons matching with the new icons, and update as SVG

• Help icon should match the updated app icon.
• Help icon type should be SVG.
• Help icon width/height should be 48px.
• All index pages must contain <title type='link' role="trail">App Name</title>
• Trail links shouldn't contain an app icon.

Scope

• Core apps, Development apps, Circle apps.

Text for the Initiative issue in projects

We are trying to provide an updated SVG icon for all GNOME Core, Development and Cricle apps. Our goal is:
* Update app icon to match the updated app icons.
* Update app icon type as SVG.
* Update app icon width/height as 48px.
* Remove app icon from the trail link.
