shell: fix crash in sidebar_annotation_row with new annotation markup types

This is a followup of !420 (merged): as more annotations are markup ones (namely free text and stamp ones), they need to be handled by the sidebar annotation row, otherwise it crashes when a file with these annotations is opened.
