Add digital certificates signing support

Add option to sign documents using a smartcard/pkcs11 certificate.

I would kindly ask for a initial review please.

This is a port of my Evince MR: GNOME/evince!488

In order to use this feature you need to have access to an smartcard for signing. Take a look at the screenshots below to have a first impression:
