Reconsider ability to save window size

Decibels is not an app like those that preserve window size. It does not have complex content that some people would prefer to view at different sizes - instead, it has very simple contents. Decibels is a viewer app at heart, and Loupe (Image Viewer) does not store window sizes.

By storing window sizes you run into a few issues:

  • Bad state when starting from the app grid
  • Increased complexity when working with multiple windows

To exemplify point 1, if I resize a window playing audio to this size:

The next time I open Decibels from the app grid, I'll get this:

I don't think Decibels is an app that benefits from preserving window size across restarts.
