Add gjs and python webkit support
Add gjs and gir1.2-webkit2, used by, among others, Foliate and Gnome Characters.

This branch also contains some small doc fixes
- Added
README.mdexplaining where to find documentation, help and that this is not the place to file issues for GNOME or GNOME apps. - Update snap description to point to documentation.
- Add a license. I took the MIT license file from the
snapcraft-desktop-helpersproject. Let me know if you want to use another license.
