Preparations for the venue payment

As agreed, the venue invoice would be issue to the GNOME Hispano. We just need to be ready for the funds to be sent from GNOME Foundation to GNOME Hispano (procedure, accounting annotations and whatever other relevant technical matter).

The venue will issue the invoice one or two weeks before GUADEC. They expect to receive the payment three or two days before the event.

This should be ready for, say, 15th May or similar.

Acceptance criteria:

• Figure out if the Foundation or Club de Cacharreo is making payment
• Make payment on 27th June
