We can now talk "directly" to the Extension

Closes Ubuntu #545538.

Closes #586736.

If you know in advance what's the protocol of the URI you want to split,
then you should pass it. Otherwise pass NULL.

Also, use the new function to get a plugin given a protocol, instead of
use g_hash_table_lookup() directly.

Now there is a "Protocol" combobox, based on active plugins. Also,
there is a custom "options" widget, per plugin.

Things aren't compiling. Just committed because I don't want to loose
the work I've done so far. Tomorrow I continue, it's 2 am dude...

	the connection dialog. The address must be enclosed by square braces,
	for instance: [::a:b:c:d]. This is the same syntax used by RealVNC.
	Closes Ubuntu #290394. The command line help and man page should be
	updated to reflect this, though.
