	* po/sv.po: Added an incomplete Swedish translation.
	* po/LINGUAS: Added "sv".

	po/en@quot.header, po/insert-header.sin, po/quot.sed,
	po/remove-potcdate.sin: Removed this cruft.
	* po/.cvsignore: Added more appropriate contents.
