Update .gitignore

This avoids duplication and lets us easily make it more complex later.

This way we guarantee that it is a strict superset.
Also, remove some duplicated deps.

For some weird reason smart is picking an old gtk3 package without
wayland support if this is not forced in.

This avoids picking up unexpected things from the environment
