Rebrand the application

Adrien Plazas requested to merge aplazas/gnome-games:rebrand into master

Let's focus the application on what we can do well — the Libretro backend — as it's already a lot of work.

Steps:

  • drop the platforms which are now out of our focus
  • find a better name and metaphor: Highscore
  • rename the application
  • design a new icon fitting the new focus, metaphor and name
  • update URLs in Builder and the newcomer initiative
  • update the wiki page
