3.2 UI cleanup

Description
The new archives UI in 3.2 is nice but there are some areas where I think it could receive additional cleanup/polish to make it fit better in the gnome visual style:
-
the toolbar buttons are forced to show "labels below text"... shouldn't we "not" set the property so that the default is enforced (text besides icons unless the user changed it)? You would need to ensure that you use gtk_tool_item_set_is_important for items where you want to show the label at all times.
-
the "Show" text below the account combobox doesn't make much sense. Maybe you could either move it to the left of the combobox and rename it "Account:", or maybe you could remove that combobox and add a fourth filtering listview below the toolbar
-
the "Search" label below the search entry is redundant. If you really want to use a label, use GTK 3.2's feature to set a placeholder text in gtk entry.
-
the menubar contains only one significant item ("Clear all history..."). However, this item is dangerous and a little bit unclear (does it clear the history of all accounts for all times? does it clear only the current account? does it clear only the current discussion?). Maybe it would be better to allow making multiple selections in the filtering listviews and let the user "Delete" the selected things with a popup menu. We could remove the menubar entirely.
