We can get name and mail from somewhere else and the default dir doesn't matter much
as it is used only when creating projects which really isn't a very common task. It is
enough to choose the directory in the project-wizard

Instead we use what glib provides but we still have to find a way for the correct email
(libfolks might work but is an additional dependency)

Take advantage of new bind functionality where possible

No need for header files and header template

Printing is still to be fixed (e.g. moved to print dialog)

Replace all obsolete macros. New requirements:
- autoconf >= 2.64

We still need a way to receive the user email as configured in the GNOME preferences.
