These are marked as incomplete, because the SRV record contains only
host name and port, thus all the other values being set are just a guess.
The change also makes prefer complete lookup results over those incomplete.

Users can create, edit or delete books, calendars or collections
on servers which support it.

A note about any additional software requirement should be at the top
of the documentation page and not at the end.

Not covering the "Start typing at the bottom" and "Keep signature
above the original message" per account options as we did not cover
the global options beforehand either. Too advanced.
