For various reasons, (gimp-context-get-brush, pattern, gradient, ...)
can return "Standard" which is the untranslatable name of the internal
fallback object.

Therefore, we must accept "Standard" as fallback in all PDB functions
that take brush, pattern, gradient etc. names.
